Asia Tournament
DATE: 15 Nov 2009 [SUNDAY]
TIME: 8.30 start register
Venue: Settlers Cafe SMU
Entry Fee: To Be Confirmed
Champion will be represent Singapore to Taiwan for the Yu Gi Oh Asia Championship 2010
Cautions: Any Region Final winner does not allow to join any remaining Regional Final. Otherwise, you will be disqualified immediately by the event.
Rules and regulation:
1. Korea and Upper card are not allowed in ALL Official tournaments. The tournament organizer will only allow original Konami Japanese or Asia English Version Official Card Game to be used in Official Tournament.
2. Only card game pack that comes together with Konami original software game products are allowed to be used in Official tournament. (Meaning Psp and any other game so long is a product of Konami can be used)
3. Only original Konami Deck Protectors and Card Sleeves can be used
in Official Tournament. Card Protector from Academy Duel Disks are not allowed to be used in tournament.
4. Double layer deck protector are allow provided the outer layer must be a transparent deck protector. And Players must use same color protectors for all decks and side decks.
No markings allowed on protectors
5. Promo card which are reprinted in structure deck are allow or in any booster pack are allow (Blade knight, Shrink, Goblin zombie, Summoning priest)
6. The following card game products are not allowed in this
tournament:-
a) Academy Duel Disk
b) Card Pack from any Shueisha Magazine, Ygo comic or other English magazines (V Jump, LE.)
c) Dual Terminal Card Pack
d) PP1 , PP2, PP3, PP4, PP8 and PP11
7. Players who’re joining the upcoming event must be a Resident Of Singapore or PR
8. All deck size must be 40-60, Extra deck 0-15, Side Deck 0-15 (All optional)
9. All players are to bring their own playmat (ONLY YUGIOH PLAYMAT ARE ALLOW)
10. Any players who found cheating or changing of cards during in the tournament will be disqualify instantly.
11. Judges have all right to disqualify duelist who misconduct and rule violations
12. Judges decision is final

Tourney Recaps/Experiences on 11/09

1st Round : D.D Gbeast , 2-0
2nd Round : Gbeast , 0-2 , Larhvin
(Already know the outcome before even play.. My usual quote : Gbeast & LightLord are broken ~ )
3rd Round : Vayu Bf , Banana , 2-1
( Devinity Fiend is imbalance ~~ plus i have mutiples of Dust Tornados with no targets =x )
4th Round : Bf , 2-0
Opponent forget to icarus me when i summon my tunner 'Carrier' which in the end was ended up into a hades which he did not have sufficient targets to icarus?
5th Round : Zhu Zhu

With the help of Oppression , ^^" ..
Top 3 : Undead Synchro , Darius
He was too tired , 2nd and 3rd prize wasnt much differences ^" , intially was decided by dice roll but ltr on due to time and tired state ..so i went up ^^"
Top 2 : Gadgets Control , Am0s with 2 Healths
His deck is full of answers .. Dark Mirrors , D.D fissures , Oppressions ,Fissures..
Its started to get longwinded if i were to goes on ^^"
I feel some cards are quite vitals on some matchup, I try list some down for those who are competitive ^^" to take note if they joining tourney the next time ..
