* There will also be a Yu-Gi-Oh Trading card game Tutorial session for all beginners and also for people who are unsure of the game. Attractive prize will be given away to lucky draw winner on the event.

Rules and regulation:

1. Korea and Upper card are not allowed in ALL Official tournaments. The tournament organizer will only allow original Konami Japanese or Asia English Version Official Card Game to be used in Official Tournament. (new CMRS - Asia edition is allowed)

2. Only card game pack that comes together with Konami original software
game products are allowed to be used in Official tournament. (Meaning Psp or any game so long is a product of Konami can be used)[like prison/dark bribe/deep diver])

3. Only original Konami Deck Protectors and Card Sleeves can be used
in Official Tournament. Card Protector from Academy Duel Disks are not
allowed to be used in tournament.[no prisma sleeves for u to use LOLZ]

4. Double layer deck protector are allow provided the outer layer must be a transparent deck protector. And Players must use same color protectors for all decks and side decks.

No markings allowed on protectors
[from jess: regarding the same color of all decks,i think only ur main deck must be same color cos the previous 1 they ignore this rule]

5. Promo card which are reprinted in structure deck and booster pack are allow (Shrink, Goblin zombie, Summoning priest,broniac,dandylion,DT goyo,DT blackrose))

6. The following card game products are not allowed in this
tournament:-
a) Academy Duel Disk [no prisma no armshole]
b) Card Pack from any Shueisha Magazine, Ygo comic or other English magazines (V Jump, LE.) [no airman/fortress/raioh/gorz]
c) Dual Terminal Card Pack[no AOJ catastore/mist worm/natural beast]
d) PP1 , PP2, PP3, PP4, PP8 and PP11[no mezuki nonsense]

7. Players who�re joining the upcoming event must be a Resident Of Singapore

8. All deck size must be 40-60, Extra deck 0-15, Side Deck 0-15 (All optional)

9. Any players who found cheating or changing of cards during in the tournament will be disqualify instantly.

10. Judges have all right to disqualify duelist who misconduct and rule violations

11. Judges decision is final

the new CRMS-ae is allowed? becos the back got the upperdeck yugio logo but in front the code got AE

Honest: the duel phases in a player turn will b kept. with exception of during the battle phase, the damage calculation step after the damage step will be excluded to prevent misunderunderstanding (meaning turn player priority)

Delta crow: delta crow has a requirement to activate n to resolve. if bf is on the field, delta crow can activate cos requirement fulfilled. however if in a chain the bf is removed frm e field, the requirement to RESOLVE e delta crow effect is no longer present, therefore cannot resolve.

Black Whirlwind: if any bf were summon Unsuccessful (meaning BTH, trap etc ). the player are nt allow to seach for any bf monster frm deck

Black Feather - Blizzard of North Pole: effect is a MUST unless you have no target in grave. And if you fail to normal summon Blizzard of the North Pole, you cannot activate the effect of special summoning a monster.

Case #1
Summon North Pole and trigger Whirlwind

if blackwhirlwind resolves upon north pole's summon, the last thing that happens is you add a BF frm deck to hand...so miss timing

Case #2
SUmmon north pole and trigger monster effect first
The last thing that happens now is north pole spsummon a monster out frm e grave, NOT north pole being summoned (therefore blackwhirlwind misses timing, since it can only trigger when a BF is normal summoned)

X- Saber family: XX-saber CAN be treated as X-saber

Summon Priest: changing to def mode is his priority. You may discard ANY type of magic to special summon a level 4 monster to the field. You can activate crush card virus on Summon Priest when it’s on a FACE DOWN mode.

Necro Guardna: You may choose to out Nerco Guardna frm play when there's a chain during your opponent turn.

Rescue Cat

Due to turn player priority, rescue cat can be send to grave as a cost.
Happen that any side of the field chain it with a torrential tribute during the summoning of Rescue cat, destroy all monster on the field then special summon 2 beast monster from your deck.

Y cat still can special summon – When torrential tribute was activated, Rescue cat was send to the grave due to turn player priority. Therefore it is not destroy by torrential tribute beforehand.

If your opponent controls your "Rescue Cat" and activates its effect, your opponent gets the effect and Special Summons Beast-Type monsters from his/her Deck.

When a “book of moon” is activated and targeted on a monster special summon by rescue cat. It will not be destroy during the end phase.
