Upper Deck International BV wins injunction against Konami

December 24th, 2008 - Netherlands - The Dutch Court has decided in favour of Upper Deck Panoceanic CV and Upper Deck International BV.

The termination of the contract between Konami and Upper Deck is unfounded and has been overruled by the Dutch Court. As of immediately, Konami needs to put all in place to respect all aspects of the contract. This means that with immediate effect, Upper Deck International BV has been and will be the exclusive distributor of The Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game moving forward for all European territories.

Mr Nico Blauw, CEO of Upper Deck International BV is pleased with the outcome of the Court. 'In these hectic economic times, this is a great Christmas present for our employees, our customers and the player base'.

Macho Section

1.Dark Armed Dragon~~ Big size, easy to used. Can be added to any decks that include darks in it :) Commonly used by players nowadays.



2.Gladiator Beast Heraklinos~~ Half control, half beatstick. Specially for gladiator beasts decks only. This monster is able to protect its owner from anything as long as it sits on its chariot =S



3.Judgment Dragon~ This monster destroys everything that blocks its path of victory. Lightsworn deck's powerhouse. On par with heraklinos in terms of attack.



4.Tytannial, Princess of Camelias- The only woman in this contest and the only woman who can stand up against Dark Armed Dragon. This teaches us not to mess with womans(?) and follow what one of the chinese song sings, "Do not pluck the wild flowers on the road". lol.



Evolution Section
What i meant is they change to become big sized monsters. lol.

1.Destiny Hero - Malicious~~ Common decks nowadays for it is destiny damudo~~ this lv6 monster is a big threat since the times of metamorphosis~ And konami sets it free again for synchro summoning~~ -_-"



2. Plaguespreader Zombie- Since the appearance of this card, almost any synchro decks can add it in! But today, he represents zombie synchro. Burial + mezuki loop makes it one of the top.



3. Rescue Cat... Don't be deceived by its cute appearance! Once it calls for help, huge monsters will come to rescue it! Representative for beast synchro~~



4. Emergency Teleport- Another "can be added in to any deck" card. These bunch of new race monsters help boost most of the decks to maximum speed. Each monster looks crazier than the other, wonder if its psychos or psychics... Does real-life psychics all look like these? lol...



Manipulation Section

1.Honest-- This card is the key to success for any light-based decks. Today he represents light beatdown. Honesty is the key to victory?



2. Thunder King Rai-Oh~~ Metagame's newest teammate for meta-beat decks. This card kills D.A.D, judgment, heraklinos and synchros. Light-beatdown also includes it.



3. Malevolent Mech - Goku En~~ Humans are sure smart, from a deck that requires alot of special summoning, to a deck that negates summoning. From a deck that are low in attacks, to a deck that is similar to Skill Drain Barbaros decks. This deck is Light Zombie/Skill Drain Zombie.

4.Green Gadget~ This card gets alot of boost with tragodeia and rivalry of warlords. From the past till now, its been quite a popular deck. Although its popularity drops since the appearance of other trap-based deck...

Juz a gentle reminder, qualifiers plz b reminded to brin all the necessary accessories on the 30 Nov cuz calculators WILL NOT BE provided. So far there are only 1 gbeast, 1 light zombie, 1 meta-beat, 3 zombie syncro and the rest are all malicious syncro. Wat kind of decks will the next 4 qualifiers use? The Grand Tournament Of C.D.L will be brought forward and It will start its first week on 11 October, Due to examinations and stuffs in November~ During the last week of november, the total top 16 will gather and fight for the top 3 prizes~

About the tourney that will be held on november at C.D.L, the tourney will go on as usual even if there's only five ppl joining on that day. So those who are fooling abt or trying to distrupt the tourney, if u miss those chance, blame it on urself. =) Also, if there are any suspect of cheating happens, please report it to the shop keeper, and he will handle it. We are just players, we cant assure you guys anything. Thank You.

Zombie Synchros!!!

Zombie Synchros is really powerful, i myself playin too! one turn i can flood my field with 5 synchros monster! My one is normal de Zombie Synchros deck onli, no telepo n diabolic de! maybe need to go look for Goblin Zombie, Mezuki, and Carrier. yeah zombie rox! The next deck i want to play is Gb, but test tiger come out like many ppl start to play gb also! allure also got many ppl playin, is like dat de, ppl like to try new thing!

New Banlist Is Officially Launched... What R The Japanese Playing??

Seems like most of them added allure of darkness to their decks, top 3 in japan's team tourney has allure-zombie-dark armed in a team!!! (Someone pls stop this Zombie madness!) Gbeast decks gets lesser and lesser but it still get first in the team tourney... Bountiful decks starts to grow stronger and all the japanese starts to use barrier statue monsters already... So, dont treat those Cyberdark impact cards as thrash! Keep it... Even kunai with chain and mirror wall such crapfoil-like cards starts to dominate in japan...
